Throughout her career, Barb has held various key leadership positions as a Project Manager, Consultant, and Business Systems Implementer. Her experience and expertise have been pivotal to the successful implementation of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Deltek Maconomy and WorkBook in organizations of all sizes; from start-ups companies with 2 users, to Fortune 500 companies with over 1400 users.
Prior to joining 360 Visibility, Barb was a Project Manager and Senior Consultant at Deloitte where she was involved in all aspects of the project life cycle; from requirements analysis and implementation, to project management and support. As a highly valued team member, Barb built a solid reputation for ensuring her clients always gain the maximum benefits from their technological investment.
As the Chief of Project Bliss at 360 Visibility, Barb leverages her 13 years' experience in the industry and her comprehensive mix of; financial, project management and systems implementation skills, to ensure projects are always delivered on time, on budget, and with the highest possible quality. Barb is a specialist in in the professional services industry, implementing automation tools such as WorkBook.
In her down time Barb enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, cross country skiing, and snowshoeing with her soon to be husband and their dog. When not outdoors you are likely to find her curled up with a good book and, depending on the time of day, a glass of wine or a cappuccino!
