The world of manufacturing is becoming a greener place, to be sure, but the technological infrastructure required to manage this good-for-everyone evolution isn’t keeping the pace.
So unremitting is the storm around the subject of cloud computing, it’s enough to make a person feel like his head is stuffed with cotton. What’s more, the skies fill with ever-more fractured weather patterns, as this concept of arm’s-length computing rains down in increasingly complicated forms.
With 2010 drawing to a merciful close, it’s instructive to reflect on the various IT preoccupations of the year past, with a practical view to the year on deck. Prominent among them? A burst of interest in the social CRM (SCRM) space, and the increasing role Microsoft Dynamics CRM promises to play in it.
