Step 1: Start UP
The Start UP phase is designed to define a project plan or "road map" that will guide the team throughout the life cycle of the project, and serve as a base line against which progress will be measured. The activities include defining project scope, timelines, business and technology objectives, installing the technical environment, and defining overall training strategy.
Step 2: Structure
The Structure phase is designed to identify and document the key business functions and business processes that will be implemented in the remaining phases of the project. We finalize project scope and identify critical reports, data conversion and any interface requirements.
Step 3: Configure
The Configure phase is designed to build a solution as approved in the Structure phase. Activities include completing all of the software development efforts, installing and testing the technology, developing plans for the integration and end user acceptance tests, developing end-user security profiles, finalizing training material and preparing site(s) for the implementation.
Step 4: Deploy
The Deployment phase is designed to establish connectivity to the system and provide final training for key users. All documentation is finalized and system set up and data integrity is reviewed. System "GOES LIVE".
