Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant
Responsibility:
This position will be responsible for CRM implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics CRM software. This includes defining requirements, consulting on business requirements and processes, configuring the software, implementing the software, documenting the implementation, conducting end user training and providing post go-live support.
Required Skills:
- Proven ability and knowledge of application support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 3 years MSCRM v4 implementation experience
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM v4 certifications
Preferred Experience:
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to work on and successfully complete multiple projects at the same time.
- Strict adherence to professional ethics.
- Assists with defining requirements and perform detailed analysis of system specifications
- Ability to communicate with staff at all levels of an organization
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment when resolving issues
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Travel about 15%
