Maconomy Consultant
This position will work along side Consultants/Project Managers in implementing and supporting Maconomy software. This includes assisting with requirements definition, consulting on business requirements and processes, configuring the software, implementing the software, documenting the implementation, conducting end user training and providing post go-live support.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Implementation and support of Maconomy software
- Provide support to our existing client base
- Participate in company initiatives (development, documentation, etc.)
- Build and expand on positive client relationships while developing an understanding of our client’s businesses.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project analysis, project definition, project implementation, training and client support
- Experience with Maconomy preferred but will accept experience with similar integrated project based, time & billing, project management, financial software
- Demonstrated expertise with financial and accounting functions
- An accounting designation would be an asset
- Proficient with MS Office suite of products
- Experience with Business Objects would be an asset
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written) and client customer facing skills
- A desire to learn
