Lynn Cooke, CGA, CMC

Lynn co-founded 360 Visibility Inc with Marco D'Ercole in 2003, around a vision of providing all enterprise participants in a client organization with the information they need to make swift, well-informed, coordinated, and above all profitable business decisions. Prior to founding 360 Visibility and as a partner in the Deloitte Consulting Group, Lynn led many practice groups including Strategy and Selection, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Great Plains, and Seibel CRM.

A Certified General Accountant and a Certified Management Consultant by profession, Lynn has extensive experience in many industries including Financial Services, Retail, Professional Services, Consulting, Public Relations, and Not-for-Profit.

Her years of experience with Professional Services firms led her to secure the Canadian distributorship for Maconomy in 2005, a fully integrated web based solution specially designed for marketing communications organizations and professional services companies, PR Agencies, General Consulting, Research & Development and Audit & Tax firms.

Lynn was named one of Canada's Top Women Entrepreneurs by Profit Magazine on three occasions - ranked number 100 in 2007, number 94 in 2008, and up to number 58 for 2009.  PROFIT W100 is Canada’s largest annual celebration of entrepreneurial achievement by women. Lynn is also a member of the Women Presidents' Organization, and a volunteer Board Trustee for the Canadian arm of ASTI.

Lynn leads a busy life as President of 360 Visibility and mom to two children under the age of 7. She enjoys working out 4-5 times a week and recently completed her first charity run. She loves sitting down to a fantastic meal with her family paired with the perfect glass of red wine. In her time off she loves going to Italy where she enjoys lemon trees, grape vines, great wine and all the good things in life at a more leisurely pace.

In another life, Lynn would have become a homeopathic doctor, or perhaps a Sommelier.
