Marco D'Ercole
Executive Vice President

An Alumni of St Michael’s College School, York University and co-founder of 360 Visibility Inc., Marco is an industry recognized expert at building and aligning an organization's technology with their business strategy in a cost-effective and often innovative way.

For well over a decade, Marco has been the driving implementation force behind many complex IT initiatives at mid to large scale North American companies.  Marco has assisted hundreds of organizations, across a wide variety of industry sectors, by simplifying technology to support organizational growth.

Prior to co-founding 360 Visibility, Marco was the Chief Technology Officer for a global IT Consulting firm headquartered in Michigan, USA where he was responsible for the technology services group that implemented Great Plains, Navision, and Axapta software. Earlier in his career, he established an IT Infrastructure consulting group at Deloitte & Touche LLP, and led a national team of PeopleSoft, JD Edwards and Great Plains technical resources.

In his downtime, Marco enjoys wood working and tackling almost any handyman challenge family and friends ask him to do. Watching Formula 1 racing is a Sunday pastime favorite. Marco relaxes by spending time in the gardens, cooking fine Italian meals, making homemade wine and sipping the fruits of his labour with his family and friends

If he wasn't a successful business professional, Marco would be getting his hands dirty and exercising his creativity building custom mansions and estates. Once he's reached the pinnacle of his success, Marco looks forward to retiring on his own Vineyard - complete with a Resort, Golf Course & Spa, where he can continue to express his love for wine and cooking, while offering a spectacular retreat for those business executives still in the game. Oh yes, and we cannot forget a race track on the grounds for other executives to race alongside Marco's Ferrari.
