Salesworks is a Vancouver-based professional services firm active in all aspects of sales, marketing, and product development consulting, for clients throughout North America, Europe, and Asia.
The Situation
After several acquisitions and with 375 people in 22 offices across North America, communications was and remains a vital element in the company's ability to efficiently manage a myriad of client interactions, source and close new business, and effectively manage costs.
The Solution
The first installation was Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to effectively manage all existing and potential client interactions and relationships. A voice-over IP phone system and a virtual private network were then added to provide for instantaneous, low-cost communications across the company.
