Solutions 2 Go is the largest full-line video games distributor in Canada. They serve Canadian retailers from a sophisticated 180,000-square foot facility in Mississauga, Ont.

Since Solutions 2 Go was founded in 2004, they have experienced an impressive 1,918% rate of growth. They were recognized as one of Canada’s fastest-growing companies. 360 Visibility has worked with Solutions 2 Go from the beginning and recently upgraded them to the most recent version of Microsoft Dynamics® GP. Microsoft Dynamics GP has consistently been able to scale as Solutions 2 Go grows.
The Situation
The sheer number of invoices processed daily had become a strain on Solutions 2 Go’s resources. On average, they process 800-2,000 invoices per day, though this number can reach 10,000/day during their busiest season. Solutions 2 Go was bogged down manually preparing its invoices for mailing – printing, folding, envelope-stuffing and affixing postage.
Having built a solid working relationship with 360 Visibility, Solutions 2 Go turned to them for a solution that would boost productivity and save money.
The Solution
360 Visibility integrated an automated email system with Solutions 2 Go’s Dynamics GP solution. It was implemented and rigorously tested within three months. The new system enables Solutions 2 Go to email invoices to clients as PDFs rather than printing and mailing.
On average, Solutions 2 Go now emails the majority of their invoices, with just 1-2% being printed and mailed manually. They have seen a dramatic monthly savings in time and money that translates into a near immediate return on their investment.
