President

Lynn co-founded 360 Visibility Inc with Marco D’Ercole in 2003, around a vision of providing all enterprise participants in a client organization with the information they need to make swift, well-informed, coordinated, and above all profitable business decisions as they relate to technology. Prior to founding 360 Visibility Lynn was a Partner in the Deloitte Consulting Group, leading many practice groups including Strategy and Selection, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Great Plains, and Seibel CRM.

A Certified Public Accountant, Certified General Accountant and a Certified Management Consultant by profession, Lynn has extensive experience in many industries including Financial Services, Retail, Professional Services, Consulting, Public Relations, and Not-for-Profit.

Lynn was named one of Canada’s Top Women Entrepreneurs by Profit Magazine for six consecutive years from 2007-2012.

PROFIT W100 is Canada’s largest annual celebration of entrepreneurial achievement by women. She has been nominated for the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards for 5 consecutive years.

Lynn is also a member of the Women Presidents’ Organization and actively involved in the Toronto Chapter 1 of the WPO. She is an active participant in The Bank of Canada Business Leaders Pulse. She also gives her time to non for profit organizations like holding the position of Treasurer for the Navelli Social Club of Toronto for 2015 – 2016 as well as volunteering at various schools in Mississauga and Toronto.

Lynn leads a busy life as President of 360 Visibility and mother to two teenage children and a Shih-Poo name Roxie. She loves sitting down to a fantastic meal with her family paired with the perfect glass of red wine. In her time off she loves going to Italy where she enjoys lemon trees, grape vines, great wine and all the good things in life at a more leisurely pace.

In another life, Lynn would have become a homeopathic doctor, or perhaps a Sommelier.
