Microsoft Dynamics NAV Consultant
This permanent, full-time position will be responsible for end-to-end implementations and on-going support of Microsoft Dynamics NAV. This includes requirements gathering, system configuration, end user training and support before and after go-live.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics NAV software including the following activities: (Requirements Gathering & Analysis, System Design, Data Migration, System Configuration, Training, Software Testing, Support)
- Provide support to our existing client base for ongoing projects and support questions and issues
- Monitor and answer support desk tickets as required
- Provide presales support to Sales team including software demonstrations, project estimates, system design and documentation, requirements analysis and proposal content as required
- Participate in company initiatives (training, documentation, training videos, marketing content, etc.)
- Build and expand on positive client relationships while developing an understanding of our clients’ businesses.
Required Education, Skills & Experience:
- Lead successful end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 or greater
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in project analysis, project definition, project implementation, training and client support
- Minimum of 3+ years Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementation experience including finance, distribution, sales and purchasing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work on and successfully complete multiple projects at the same time
- Strict adherence to professional ethics
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment when resolving issues
- Finance experience is an asset
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a bonus
- Ability to communicate with staff at all levels of an organization
- Maintain a positive attitude
Terms of Employment:
- Ability to travel (up to approximately 15%)
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle
