We do this by understanding their business needs and equipping them with the hands-on skills and resources they need to succeed.

What You’ll Do:

  • Have fun while exploring new and existing Microsoft based cloud technologies to meet the changing needs of our customers
  • Build and execute Office 365 migration plans with the support of other members of our cloud team
  • Address Helpdesk requests for O365 and Azure services with passion and excellence
  • Assist customers with Active Directory, DNS, Group Policies, and Identity management
  • Help our customers manage and onboard devices using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
  • Escalate Office 365 tickets to Microsoft and collaborate with others on the team regarding support issues
  • Lead customer-facing and internal projects, while assisting with the technical engineering and operationalization of Office 365 solutions
  • Windows Server remote management and monitoring including performance, backup, and updates
  • Troubleshoot and resolve various system and application errors, as required
  • Create and maintain documentation of new solutions, tools, and practices
  • Manage Office 365 security administration in collaboration with the Cybersecurity team

Must-have:

  • Be professional, friendly, and articulate in your communication and troubleshooting skills
  • At least one (1) MS365/Azure certification related to the role
  • Some fluency of a programming or scripting language, ideally PowerShell
  • Eager to take on new tasks/responsibilities and has passion for customer experience, operational excellence, and continuous development
  • 8-12 years’ experience in Information Technologies with experience migrating Exchange and supporting Office 365
  • Rich understanding of DNS, Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Security practices using Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365 Online groups
  • Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft IIS, Microsoft Internet Explorer, and network concepts

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services
  • Experience in a multi-tenant managed hosting or managed services department
  • Experience with the Microsoft CSP portal
