The Ombudsman for Banking Services and Investments (OBSI) is Canada’s national, independent and not-for-profit organization that helps resolve and reduce disputes between consumers and financial services firms. Our Dynamics 365 applications are central to managing thousands of inquiries and hundreds of investigations each year, managing data for thousands of participating financial service firms and all of our accounting functions.
OBSI has been working with 360 Visibility for Dynamics 365 development and integration for almost three years. In that time, the 360 Visibility team has delivered expert advice, support and development services along with timely and attentive project management. Most notably, 360 Visibility built a customized Business Central extension to help us manage related financial service firms (i.e. customers), and integrated Business Central with Dynamics 365 CRM using Flow to help us manage customer data. As a direct result, our processes are considerably more efficient and we have accurate and reliable customer data across applications.
