Solutions 2 Go is the largest full-line video games distributor in Canada. The company was founded in 2004 and is based in Mississauga, Ont.

Over the years it has grown by 1,918% and was thus recognized as one of Canada’s fastest-growing companies. Additionally, Solutions 2 Go President, Gabrielle Chevalier, was named one of Canada’s top women entrepreneurs in 2010.

The sheer number of invoices processed daily had become a strain on Solutions 2 Go’s resources. On average, the company processes 800-2,000 invoices per day – this number can reach 10,000 per day during their busiest season. Because of this, Solutions 2 Go was bogged down manually having to prepare its invoices for mailing, printing, folding, envelope-stuffing and affixing postage.

Implementing Dynamics GP

360 Visibility integrated an automated email system with Solutions 2 Go’s Dynamics GP solution. It was implemented and rigorously tested within three months. The new system enabled Solutions 2 Go to email invoices to clients as PDFs rather than printing and mailing.

On average, Solutions 2 Go now emails the majority of their invoices, with just 1-2% being printed and mailed manually. This has resulted in drastic savings in time and money.
