As of October 1, 2018, Microsoft has introduced the new Dynamics 365 Business Central on-premises version. This new version of Microsoft’s business management solution allows companies to connect their financials, sales, service, and operations. Dynamics NAV to Dynamics 365 Business Central Migration

Companies with the following licenses can move to Dynamics 365 Business Central easily using through the License Migration Transition Upgrade (LMTU):

  • Dynamics NAV 2009 MBL
  • Dynamics NAV 2009 BRL
  • Dynamics NAV 2018 Perpetual License

Transition from other versions of Dynamics

If you are on an active enhancement plan for the following licenses, you can move to Dynamics 365 Business Central on-premises through a Product Line Transition:

  • Microsoft Dynamics GP.
  • Microsoft Dynamics SL.
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations on-premises.
  • Microsoft Dynamics C5 2012.
  • Legacy products listed in the Dynamics Transition Policy.
