360 Smart Apps Subscription Overview
Welcome to the 360 Business Central App Registration process including 360 EFT, 360 PAD and others!
Access the Setup Wizard
-
To register your app in Business Central, click on the search icon and locate the apps “Setup Wizard”. In this case, we’ll use EFT.
Here in the setup wizard, you can find
- The day your trial or subscription is set to expire
- Your Registration Key, which is your unique license number
Click ‘Purchase App’ from this screen to transfer you to our Customer Portal which includes your registration information.
Important: You must log on to our portal using a Microsoft 365 account that is in the same organization as the BC environment. If you implement this solution on behalf of your customer, you must have them complete the registration process using their account for proper provisioning.
Signing In
-
Our sign in page uses your Microsoft 365 account for authentication. In most cases, you should be able to sign in for the first time using a few simple prompts. In other cases, your organization may have special security policies in place that require a few extra one-time steps to enable access. If you have any sign-in problems, please refer to our Sign-In Experience page for more information or email itsupport@360visibility.com and we will be happy to assist you.
To get started, click I accept the Terms and Conditions and click Sign in with Microsoft
You'll be redirected to the Microsoft Authentication page where you can select the account you'd like to use to sign in (N.B. This account must belong to the organization for which you are registering the application)
In most cases, your company will allow you to use your account to sign in to external applications, you may be prompted to allow consent. Simply click the ‘Accept’ button below.
If you have administrative access, you may notice a box that allows you to Consent on behalf of your organization. This will allow any user to access the application without being prompted for access permissions in the future.
Please note that the ‘Maintain access to data you have given it access to’ is a prompt that Microsoft includes as part of their authentication process, but our application does not request or use this permission. Microsoft authentication always asks for this even if the application doesn’t want or use it.
Setup Your Account
-
If everything has gone smoothly so far and you are a new customer of ours, you will need to register with your Company information.
Important: If you do not see “Business Central App Registration”, you must go back to the Setup Wizard in BC and click the Purchase App button again since your registration information is missing from the request.
Once you fill in all the information, click ‘Submit Account Information’ to create your account. You will see that the account has been created successfully and can now access the Portal.
