Throughout her career, Barb has held various key leadership positions as ERP Team Leader, Project Manager, Consultant and Business Systems Implementer. She has successfully implemented ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Deltek Maconomy and WorkBook in organizations of all sizes; from start-ups companies with 2 users, to Fortune 500 companies with over 1400 users.

Prior to joining 360 Visibility, Barb was a Project Manager and Senior Consultant at Deloitte where she was involved in all aspects of the project life cycle. As a highly valued team member, Barb built a solid reputation for ensuring her clients always gain the maximum benefits from their technological investment.

As the Vice President of Client Solutions at 360 Visibility, Barb leverages her 18 years of experience in the industry and her comprehensive mix of financial, project management and systems implementation skills to ensure projects are always delivered on time, on budget, and with the highest possible quality. Barb also strives to fully understand customers’ needs and dedicates her time and energy into making sure customers are satisfied.

In her down time Barb enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, cross country skiing, and snowshoeing with her husband and their dog. When not outdoors, Barb likes to curl up with a good book and, depending on the time of day, a glass of wine or a cappuccino.
