Technology is a big part of the way we conduct business. With more than half the work force working either from home or remotely, it is more important now than ever that businesses are equipped with the right technology to connect to the right people. It is highly likely that employees in your organization are already using Microsoft Office productivity tools within their daily work duties. These productivity tools consist of email, document creation and sharing, and web apps like Excel and PowerPoint.  These familiar web tools are all accessible in Microsoft Office 365 and are equipped with advanced functions and features that help your team complete important tasks. These features include:

  1. Remote access to business applications.

With Office 365 your employees can access their files from anywhere, using any device. Remove boundaries and work face to face with virtual meetings anywhere in the world, secure file sharing and access shared files and work together on the same document at the same time.

  2. Data analysis tools.

With in-depth monitoring and analysis of live data with intuitive business intelligence software from Power BI, users can create personalized dashboards to provide a unique analytical view of your business. Easily connect to hundreds of data sources, simplify data prep and drive ad hoc analysts to produce reports, and then publish them for your organization to see on the web and across mobile devices.

  3. Business-class communication.

Use the built in-app integration Skype for Business Conferencing, whether your online or offline, to communicate with coworkers from anywhere at anytime! Use Skype to chat, share screens and have audio or video conversations. You can also convert notes to tasks inside your calendar and assign them to colleagues with reminders and deadlines, send meeting minutes taken in OneNote by email and automatically add details (date, location, attendees,…) for each meeting they’re related to!

  4. Content creation and collaboration.

Office 365 removes the boundaries of working in the same room. You can now create, collaborate and share documents online with coworkers and see each other’s changes as they happen in real-time. Save your file to OneDrive or SharePoint so others can work on it with you. You can share it directly from the application, thanks to the integrated sidebar.

  5. Cloud security.

Your business has greater control over data security and compliance with built-in user-access policies, data-loss prevention, multi-factor authentication, mobile device management and threat protection from malware.
