Why We Created Our CSP Customer Portal

360 Visibility is always striving to create a better customer experience. We allow the customers’ needs to drive our technology and create new products to optimize our customer experience. We discovered that one of the greatest time delays our customers experienced was adding or removing a license from the customers’ tenant which often required multiple phone calls or emails, resulting in productivity loss and wasted money.

How it Integrates into your System

With our organizational focus now on subscription services the need to automate and scale was essential. We decided to solve this problem by developing a Customer Portal that integrates with the Microsoft Product Catalog, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and uses Azure Single Sign-on to allow customers to securely register their tenant, view all of their licenses, add or remove licenses, and add new products/services instantly from a single dashboard. Turnaround time for changes decreased from 48hrs to 1-2 minutes. Customer now have access to licenses immediately, save money by removing unused licenses, and are more productive.
