Why We Created Our CSP Customer Portal
360 Visibility is always striving to create a better customer experience. We allow the customers’ needs to drive our technology and create new products to optimize our customer experience. We discovered that one of the greatest time delays our customers experienced was adding or removing a license from the customers’ tenant which often required multiple phone calls or emails, resulting in productivity loss and wasted money.
How it Integrates into your System
With our organizational focus now on subscription services the need to automate and scale was essential. We decided to solve this problem by developing a Customer Portal that integrates with the Microsoft Product Catalog, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and uses Azure Single Sign-on to allow customers to securely register their tenant, view all of their licenses, add or remove licenses, and add new products/services instantly from a single dashboard. Turnaround time for changes decreased from 48hrs to 1-2 minutes. Customer now have access to licenses immediately, save money by removing unused licenses, and are more productive.

- Login Page: Users can create an account here if they are a global admin in their Office 365 tenant, or if they have an account they can login using their 0365 credentials in the next picture.

- ADIntegration: You can login to your portal using your credentials for Office 365.

- Homepage: Where you land after logging in and the licenses page. This is where you can see any licenses/subscriptions you currently have, the expiry date of the license/subscription, the quantity you have, and the option to add or remove subscriptions/licenses.

- Account: Where you can accept the agreements required, see who accepted them and when.

- Shop: Where you can shop for new licenses, see prices and add them to a cart to checkout and add to your subscription. You can also search for a certain license.

- Payment: Where you can change the credit card on file to bill for your subscriptions/licenses.

- History: Where you can see any details about previous purchased licenses or subscriptions. You also have the ability to search or view as PDF.
