Project at a glance
Shoppa’s Material Handling, a Texas-based organization operating in a fast-paced distribution environment, recognized the growing importance of cybersecurity but lacked the internal expertise to fully leverage the capabilities within Microsoft 365.
From reactive to proactive security
Security evolved from a background concern to an active, ongoing priority with clear visibility into risks and threats.
Internal capability
Through training and structured reviews, Shoppa’s team became more self-sufficient in managing their Microsoft 365 security environment.
The Tools
Products and services implemented
Implementation
Initial security assessment (Microsoft Security Score, policies, vulnerabilities)
Implementation
Security admin workshops and team training
Implementation
Monthly security assessments and quarterly business reviews
The Challenge
Low utilization of Microsoft 365 security options
“Before working with 360 Visibility, security was something we knew was important but didn’t have the time or expertise to manage properly. Their approach and guidance helped our team understand what to look for and how to act on it. It’s changed how we think about security entirely."
The Solution
Helping businesses in warehouse and distribution fully utilize Microsoft
360 Visibility implemented a structured Microsoft 365 Security Administration program designed to bring clarity, consistency, and continuous improvement to Shoppa’s security environment.
The engagement began with a comprehensive Initial Security Assessment, including a detailed review of their Microsoft Security Score, existing policies, configurations, and potential vulnerabilities. From there, we provided prioritized, risk-based recommendations aligned to their business needs.
To ensure ongoing progress, we established a Quarterly Business Review (QBR). These sessions provided a clear view of security posture trends, benchmark comparisons, incident analysis, and a forward-looking roadmap. Importantly, these reviews translated complex security data into insights for both IT teams and leadership.
Between quarterly reviews, our team conducted monthly security assessments. This ensured continuous monitoring of threats, validation of policy effectiveness, and timely implementation of updates to help Shoppa’s stay ahead of emerging risks rather than reacting to them.
Another key part of the engagement was hands-on training through security administration workshops.
This is where 360 Visibility brings additional value particularly for organizations in warehouse and wholesale distribution environments. We specialize in helping these businesses fully utilize Microsoft technologies.
By equipping Shoppa’s team with practical knowledge, we helped bridge the gap between enterprise-level Microsoft security capabilities and day-to-day operational realities.
